Hüseyin Dişli

Hüseyin Dişli graduated from Istanbul University School of Law in 2014 and obtained his LLM by research Master’s degree in History and Philosophy of Law program of Edinburgh University with his dissertation titled ‘Law as an Expression of Pure Reason in Leibniz’. He is a lawyer affiliated with Antalya Bar Association (Turkiye) since 2015. Currently he is a final year Ph.D. candidate and assistant lecturer at the University of Kent, where he is writing a thesis on the evolution of legal truth through the dual lens of Platonic aletheia and the Heideggerian problematisation of metaphysics. He has thought English Legal System and Public Law modules at Kent Law School and will return to Turkey after his Ph.D. to take up the post of Assistant Professor of Philosophy and Sociology of Law at a public university in Turkiye.
