Yunus Yıldız

Yunus Yildiz, born on May 3, 1991, is a Licensed Attorney at Law accredited by the Istanbul Bar Association and is currently preparing for the solicitor exam (SQE) in the UK. His educational background includes a Ph.D. in Finance Law (ICOs, Crypto assets, and Tokenisation of Securities) from the University of Exeter, Devon, United Kingdom, completed between 2018 and 2022. He also holds an LL.M in International Commercial Law from the same institution, achieved in 2017, and an LL.B from Kadir Has University Law Faculty in Istanbul, Turkey, where he received a Full Success Scholarship during the period 2009-2014. Yunus has experience in litigation, execution proceedings, and corporate law, having worked as a Partner Lawyer at Istanbul Law Firm and an Attorney at the Corporate Law Department in NOVA Law Firm. He began his career as an intern at LEXIST Consultancy. Yunus contributed to academic research, focusing on Initial Coin Offerings and legal aspects of the relationship between sovereign wealth funds and recipient countries.
